Everyday is a new challenge, everyday I have a new goal. I like to mix up my routine between really heavy movements and slower "squeezes". Creativity pays off in the gym too. I love to work out with different people and try new ideas...like powerlifting and strongman exercises. I love to talk about training, I love to train people and be trained.
My current training mode follows: I love food! I love eating out, not cooking! I found the key to eating is always making yourself happy. This off season, I am in a 7 meal routine. I eat 2 larger meals and 5 small. The larger meals always make me happy! I pick foods I like to eat, for example, chocolate protein pudding or almonds. When I'm dieting, sitting on the couch alone, with a pillow in my lap as a tray makes me happy. It's "me time". Even though my meals are more restricted, I still enjoy them. I always try to eat clean, eating "clean" can be tough, but I've gotten better at it this year. This is how I learned to control what and how much I eat. |
